AI assistance disclosure

How Inquory uses artificial intelligence.

AI may accelerate research organization, drafting, software implementation, and quality checks. It does not turn an unsupported claim into a verified fact or create a human review.

Permitted assistance

AI systems may help with topic discovery, source discovery, structured extraction, claim inventories, comparisons, draft preparation, citation checks, accessibility review, metadata, code, tests, and maintenance analysis. Evidence and limitations remain attached to the resulting work.

What the disclosure does not claim

How review labels should be read

“Sources checked” means the cited material was reviewed for the stated claim. It does not mean Inquory operated a product, reproduced a vendor result, or completed a real-world test. Those stronger claims require a retained test record and an explicit evidence label on the article.

An AI-agent review is a recorded review event performed by an AI agent against a defined revision; it is not a human review. “Editorially reviewed” identifies a completed editorial check for that revision and does not imply specialist credentials, hands-on use, or qualified-professional review. A human reviewer is named only when that person actually performed and recorded the role.

Calculator review boundary

The AI Automation ROI Calculator received a separate formal AI-agent review, independent of the implementing agent, and deterministic formula, boundary, rendering, and route checks for its exact reviewed revision. It did not receive human editorial review. Qualified-professional review was assessed as not applicable to that low-risk deterministic scenario model; no legal, accounting, privacy, financial, or accessibility certification is claimed.

The editorial method describes the wider evidence and correction controls. Material errors can be reported through the active, monitored corrections process.
