Corrections and factual concerns

Report a material error without entering a data workflow.

Inquory reviews concrete factual, formula, attribution, accessibility, and material interpretation concerns. This page does not promise that every disagreement changes a conclusion, but every substantiated material error reopens the affected release gate.

Corrections and factual concerns

Send a written report to corrections@inquory.com. Include the page URL, the statement or result at issue, why it may be wrong, and any supporting source. Do not send passwords, private customer records, government IDs, payment data, or other sensitive personal information.

How material corrections work

  1. The concern is checked against the exact affected revision and retained evidence.
  2. Dependent formulas, claims, metadata, structured data, tables, and recommendations are traced.
  3. A material fix receives a new revision, affected checks, update date, and public note when readers could interpret the result differently.
  4. Minor spelling, formatting, and non-material accessibility repairs may be corrected without a prominent notice.
